The Rock and Roll Hall of Fame Foundation has announced the eight inductees to the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame for 2013.
The six artists and bands being inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame are:
- Heart
- Albert King
- Randy Newman
- Public Enemy
- Rush
- Donna Summer
The two non-performers being inducted into the Rock and Hall of Fame are:
- Lou Adler (executive producer of The Rocky Horror Picture Show, record producer, manager, and owner of the Roxy Theatre)
- Quincy Jones (pop arranger, composer, and producer)
The Rock and Roll Hall of Fame induction ceremony will be taking place on April 18, 2013 in Los Angeles.
