Virgin Records is suing the band 30 Seconds to Mars and frontman Jared Leto for $30 million, claiming they have failed to deliver three albums as required by its contract. According to the suit, 30 Seconds to Mars “repudiated” a 1999 contract in July.
The last album released by 30 Seconds to Mars was A Beautiful Lie, which was released in 2005.
